Under the same ownership as the Antik Cafe Bar next door, this little traditional handicraft workshop is housed in what was once a bakery.
Datca Sanart specialises in hallmarked silver jewellery and also uses semi precious stones, mother of pearl, stained glass and bone components in their work. Apart from the readymade items, in all price brackets, they will be happy to make pieces to your own design.
They are open every day during the summer, from 9 AM to 1 AM, and with the exception of a few weeks holiday they work through the winter too—but we suggest you call ahead if you’re planning a visit. They only take cash, but will take foreign currencies. The shop is tiny and not suitable for wheelchair users. Turkish and English are spoken.
