Kızkumu is an area of shallow water that divides the little bay into two. There is an island in the bay. According to the legend, a princess who wanted to reach her shepherd, lover filled her skirt with sand and started across the bay by filling the sea with her sand, but the sand ran out and she drowned.

If you visit the Kizkumu beach restaurant and enjoy their meat and chicken dishes, you too can decide to take a walk along the princess’ route, which remains to this day.
